By using this website and purchasing goods from www.elgeeco.com you expressly consent to the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

 

Before using a trap supplied by Elgeeco you must read and understand the instructions included with the trap.

 

It shall be the responsibility of the person using a trap supplied by Elgeeco to ensure that it is always employed humanely and in accordance with the law.

 

A thorough risk assessment of the proposed trapping area must be undertaken to avoid accidentally catching protected species and non-target domestic pets.

 

Elgeeco cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays by the carrier.

 

For goods you claim have not been delivered or not received you must sign and return the “Denial of Receipt” letter that will be emailed to you.  This is a legal requirement of the carrier to enable a claim for compensation to be made.

Replacement goods cannot be dispatched until we receive the signed “Denial of Receipt” letter.

 

The title of all goods will remain with Elgeeco until they are paid for in full.

 

When you receive your order you must immediately inspect the packaging and goods for any damage that may have occurred during transit.

 

Elgeeco cages are very strong but in the event that they have been damaged, you must immediately contact Elgeeco by telephone or email to discuss and mutually agree a course of action.

Returns Policy

 

If after placing an order and receiving it you then decide that you do not want it; you must cancel the order within seven days from the date of delivery.  Please do not return the goods without contacting us by telephone or email first.

​

In these circumstances, goods must be returned to Elgeeco unused and in the original container together with the paper invoice within the next 14 days.

 

A refund of the purchase price paid will be given for undamaged returned items.  We regret that we are unable to refund any carriage costs.

 

Elgeeco will make the refund within five days after the goods have been returned and inspected.

 

Your statutory rights are unaffected by the forgoing Terms and Conditions
