The Elgeeco Refuge Cage is designed to be easily attached and easily removed from the Elgeeco Squirrel Trap and Bird Feeder.
Two hooks with springs are provided which simply hook on to the sides of the supporting trap.
The cage is made from 25 mm square mesh with 2mm diameter steel wire. The panels are fully welded to form a rigid box L 20 cm x W 20 cm x H 150 cm that is then zinc plated to provide a qualty weather resistant finish.
An entrance in the top 10 cm square aligns with the floor door in the trap. The Refuge Cage entrance is closable with a removable U shape pin which slides into eyes. The Refuge Cage can then be discretely removed from the trap with the squirrel locked inside to be dealt with elsewhere if required.
